Winnow Stables is a delightful barn oozing with charm and character. It has recently been sympathetically converted from a traditional Derbyshire limestone milking parlour into luxury holiday accommodation. It features an open plan kitchen/dining/lounge area (all on one level) which has retained its vaulted ceiling, exposed wooden beams and characterful stonework. The superb country kitchen is well equipped and includes a dishwasher, electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge with ice box and washing machine.
Just one step up leads you up to both bedrooms which also have exposed beams and traditional lime plaster walls. One of the bedrooms has a king sized bed and the other has a king sized bed which may be configured as two singles depending upon your preference. Both bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms with walk in showers.
Winnow Stables is furnished to a high standard throughout. Crisp white bed linen and fluffy white towels are included as is Free-Sat TV, DVD player, Wi-Fi and central heating. The country style kitchen has excellent cooking facilities but should you choose to eat out there are numerous pubs, restaurants and cafes nearby.
